My Journey

I was born in Perth and attended Springfield Primary School in Kallaroo. Then my family decided to go to the UK in the mid 1970's, so I finished my education in the North East of England (hence the accent). After school I was employed on a Youth Opportunity Program. There I developed the skills required to undertake an apprenticeship in Railway Signalling. On completion of my apprenticeship I returned to study computer engineering which helped me secure a position in London on a computer controlled railway system.

Since returning to Australia in the mid 1990's I have been employed as an electrical design draftsman and had worked in this industry for 28 years. It was prosperous however there were periods of time where the industry stalled. In 1997 I co-founded Joondalup Brothers Rugby Union Football Club which I have been involved as a volunteer, an administrator and a player ever since and volunteer with 89.7 Twin Cities FM radio Station.

In late 2014 in a bid to improve my prospects I decided that a career in property would provide a safe and secure future for myself and my family. Initially I gained experience in window and house cleaning for home owners and property management companies. Then I completed my real estate training in November 2014 and attained my residential sales and property management registration in January 2015. I have since gained experience in real estate as a sales consultant with David Evans in Wanneroo. I then trained on a property management software system and completed further residential property management training with REIWA. I have since gained experience in a variety of Property Management roles at Century 21 and RE/MAX Real Estate Companies.
